Quon Louey
Quon Louey is the founder and Executive Director for Telehealthdocs Medical Group. Mr. Louey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration on Computer Science from the University of California Los Angeles along with over 30 years in the field Healthcare and Technology.
His previous roles have been a Director of IT for Time Warner Cable, Vice President, CTO, and CIO for various medical organizations. Mr. Louey also serves on multiple boards and various positions such as Bakersfield Rotary East Foundation President, Past Rotary President, Valley Fever Board member to name a few.
Mr. Louey is married and has two adult children. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, cooking and spending time with his family.
Dr. Cesar Duque Gomez
Dr. Cesar Duque Gomez graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a medical degree then completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Scripps Family Medicine in San Diego.
He worked for several years in community health centers and then in administration and eventually found his way to telemedicine where he continues to work in primary and urgent care.
His interests include chronic disease management and the use of technology to deliver accurate, timely care and to assure physicians are thorough while enjoying a good quality of life.
Dr. Corey Gonzales PhD
Dr. Corey Gonzales is a licensed clinical Psychologist with over eighteen years of experience in private practice.
Dr. Gonzales graduated with his Masters Degree from Hayward State University, and his PhD in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles.
His services and expertise include health issues, grief, trauma, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, marital therapy, personality disorders, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
He has volunteered his time and expertise to the American Cancer Society for over 15 years and has been featured numerous in national media.
